Roborock Offers Deal in April 2024 for Product Launch
If you purchase a Roborock S8 Max or MaxV Ultra at first launch in April 2024, you’ll get a few “extra” items.

This is a little different than previous Roborock launches, which have come with discounts directly on the vacuum. I would personally prefer a discount on the device given that the S8 MaxV Ultra starts at $1799, and the S8 Max Ultra at $1399. I think the MaxV version may be one of the most expensive robot vacuums of all time.
That said, a 5-year warranty and the accessories are a nice touch. With something this expensive, knowing that you aren’t completely out of luck (if it breaks) is good for peace of mind. Plus, robot vacuums are a bit. And the accessories are sometimes sold-out when you need them, it would be nice to have some stockpile right off the bat.
What does the 5-year Warranty Cover?
Here’s what the warranty says: “The standard warranty period of the new Roborock product is 1 year. For customers who purchase S8 Max Ultra from selected retailers before Dec 31, 2024, Roborock will provide you with 4 year extended warranty (value $419) for free, which will bring the total period of coverage to 5 years. For customers who purchase S8 Max Ultra from selected retailers before Dec 31, 2024, Roborock will provide you with 2 year extended warranty (value $199) for free, which will bring the total period of coverage to 3 years.”
Let’s break down some of the other terms:
- If you don’t like your vacuum you can return it within 30 days after getting it for a full refund. Just make sure it’s in the same new condition with all its stuff (packaging and accessories).
You may want to save all the original packaging to make sure you’re able to get a full refund.
- If your vacuum breaks or doesn’t work correctly because it was made wrong or with bad parts, and it’s still within the warranty timeframe, Roborock will do one of the following:
- Fix your vacuum.
- Give you a refurbished (like-new) vacuum that works the same or better.
- Give you some or all of your money back, depending on how much the vacuum has been used.
Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra Accessories
Let’s take a look at the accessories. According to Roborock’s website, here’s what you get:
- Accessories Gift Pack includes 2 Side Brushes, 2 Screens, 2 Vibrating Mops and 4 Edge Mops.
Free 2024 Roborock Flexi Lite Wet and Dry Vacuum
The Flexi Lite, which isn’t out at the time of this writing, is an iteration of the Dyad-line of wet dry vacuums. The cool aspect of this device is that it can lay flat on the ground to get under furniture. This is a nice feature, but the “pro” version has hot-water washing which is another nice feature I wish was on the Lite version.
Getting this for Flexi Lite for “free” is an OK perk, but if you already have a wet dry vac then this is an extra device. I’d probably sell it on Craigslist to recoup the value.
How to claim the accessories and Flexi Lite?
Roborock mentions that in order to claim your freebies, you’ll need to:
- Navigate to https://us.roborock.com/pages/claim-gift after 10:00 AM PDT on April 29th.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions, enter the serial number and order ID.
- After verification, you will receive a 100% discount coupon for purchasing the accessory gift pack/Roborock Flexi Lite. The discount coupons are valid until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm.
The 100% off coupon code can only be used at the Roborock official store to get the accessory pack/Roborock Flexi Lite for free.
